SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of payment being received. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

UK orders are shipped using DPD. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on DPD service availability, location, weather, peak periods or other circumstances outside our control.

Postage costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information by email or SMS where available.

COLLECTION OPTION

Customers may also choose to collect their order from our shop at UWE Frenchay Campus.
